The Memento Book Co. creates custom, made-to-order books designed to celebrate special moments.

2. Ordering
- All personalised products are made specifically to the details you provide. Please double-check spellings, names, and dates before confirming your order, as we can’t make changes once production begins.
- When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we’ve received your order — it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is an error in pricing, product availability, or personalisation details.
3. Prices & Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
- We reserve the right to update prices or promotions at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed.
4. Personalised Products
- Each personalised book is individually created and printed based on your chosen details.
- Because these items are custom-made, returns and cancellations are only accepted if the item is faulty, damaged, or an error has been made by us (see our Returns Policy for details).
- Please ensure all personalisation information is accurate when ordering — we cannot be held responsible for mistakes provided to us.
5. Delivery
- We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but please note that personalised products take time to produce.
- Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary during busy periods.
- Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal or courier service.
6. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. In short, we will always replace or refund items that arrive damaged or incorrect, but personalised products cannot be returned simply for change of mind.
7. Intellectual Property
All text, images, and designs featured in our books and on our website belong to The Memento Book Co.. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do our very best to ensure your order arrives perfectly. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Delays caused by postal services or external couriers
- Minor colour variations in print or materials
- Any loss resulting from use of our products beyond their intended purpose
