We’ll always do our best to dispatch your order promptly and will contact you if we expect any significant delay.


Delivery

We use trusted postal and courier partners to deliver your order safely. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email — and, if applicable, tracking details.

Missing or Damaged Parcels
