Personalised Items
Our books are individually created and personalised just for you, which means we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, if your book arrives damaged, faulty, or contains an error caused by us, please get in touch and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Non-Personalised Items
If you’ve ordered a non-personalised product and decide it’s not quite what you wanted, please contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss return options.
Items must be unused and in their original condition when returned.
